Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Sales

  •        Ensures achievement of sales as per AOP & monthly / quarterly plans.
  •        Closes sales bookings with customers, converting site visits into confirmed transactions.
  •        Proposes schemes to reduce slow-moving inventory and facilitate fast movement of inventory.
  •        Drives new sales through loyalty, referral, and corporate sales channels.

Operational

1. Lead Generation & Servicing

  •        Generates new leads through direct channels: loyalty, referral, and corporate sales.
  •        Ensures timely lead servicing of all leads assigned on Salesforce; prioritises based on readiness and conversion potential.
  •        Ensures assigned leads are converted into quality customer visits at site through structured follow-up.
  •        Analyses competitor activities and devises strategies to counter them.

2. Customer Centricity

  •        Responds to customer queries received via email or phone within agreed timelines.
  •        Handles complex and difficult customer queries with empathy and accuracy.
  •        Ensures all documents related to every customer are properly maintained.
  •        Guides customers through the site visit experience matching units to their needs, handling objections, and proposing concrete next steps.

Process

1. Process Adherence

  •        Complies with company-defined guidelines and processes.
  •        Adheres to project timelines.
  •        Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce at every stage of the lead and booking lifecycle.

2. Process Improvement

  •        Identifies processes and procedures in own work area that need improvement.
  •        Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency, costs, and productivity.
  •        Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area.

People Management & Development

3. Learning & Development

  •        Identifies self-development needs.
  •        Takes concrete steps to pursue self-development through training, education, and projects.

Functional / Technical Competencies

  •        Knowledge of real estate industry and micro-market dynamics.
  •        Product understanding : ability to articulate unit features, floor premiums, and project USPs confidently.
  •        Customer understanding : ability to qualify leads, uncover needs, and guide buyers toward a decision.
  •        Business acumen and commercial orientation.
  •        Sales promotions and inventory management.
  •        Working experience in loyalty, referral, and corporate sales channels in real estate.
  •        Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
