Job Description

Customer Connect Team is first Point of Contact (PoC) for all customers who have completed the registration of their unit.
Core Responsibilities:
Coordinate the handover of the unit to the customer post-registration.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Follow up and coordinate with all the departments (CRM, CCS, Projects) to ensure the unit is ready for handover on the date chosen by the customer.
Ensure all handover documents are handed over to the customer.
All communications to be documented in system.
Ensure handover snag rectification is done on time.
Collected C-Sat survey.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Who are we looking for
Knowledge of the Real Estate, hospitality or customer facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
