Role & responsibilities :

1. Material Receipt
   Ensure timely and accurate goods receipt by verifying quantity and documentation, and coordinating with relevant departments for proper inward processing.
2. Raw Material Storage
   Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials through effective material handling practices, maintaining safety, traceability, and compliance with standards.
3. Material Issue
   Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to production and processors as per requirements, minimizing delays in the manufacturing cycle.
4. Stock Management
   Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure 100% availability of required materials for uninterrupted production.

Stock Verification
Ensure high inventory accuracy by maintaining the difference between SAP stock and physical stock within 0.1% of total raw material through regular monitoring and reconciliation.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of basic excise rules and compliance requirements
• Understanding of logistics and material movement processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP Hana
• Awareness of ISO standards and relevant quality systems
• Understanding of drawings and technical specifications
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock operations, and stock control practices
