Executive and Senior Executive Project Management

Role & responsibilities

• To manage and coordinate end-to-end execution of Power Transformer/Reactor projects from order receipt to final commissioning by ensuring timely execution, adherence to contractual and technical requirements, customer satisfaction, and achievement of project delivery, quality, and commercial objectives.
• Monitor project progress against contractual timelines and identify recovery actions for delays
• Ensure smooth coordination between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, QA, logistics, and site teams
• Monitor timely submission and approval of drawings/documents & Coordinate closure of customer comments and technical clarifications
• Act as the primary interface for project execution-related communication with customers/consultants
• Address customer concerns, escalations, and coordination issues proactively
• Ensure customer approvals and clearances are obtained timely
• Ensure compliance with approved QAP, technical specifications, and contractual requirements

Skills:

• Knowledge of Power Transformers manufacturing and execution processes
• Understanding of transformer testing, inspections, and commissioning activities
• Familiarity with utility/customer technical specifications and standards
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
