- The Executive / Sr
- Executive - Store is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and supervising store staff
- They play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing store resources effectively
- Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory at all times
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies and losses
- Customer Service:Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained by the store staff
- Sales and Targets:Work towards achieving sales targets as set by the management
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings
- Staff Supervision:Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and feedback
- Create staff schedules and assign tasks effectively
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Store Maintenance:Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance requirements promptly
- Implement security measures to prevent theft and vandalism
- Compliance and Reporting:Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with local regulations related to store operations
- Team Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and purchasing to optimize store operations
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall company performance
- Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in retail store management, with a focus on inventory control and customer service
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
