Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy SaaS sales professional to drive end-to-end sales for our LegalTech platform (CLM, E-Sign, Legal Ops solutions). This role requires ownership of the full sales cyclefrom outbound prospecting and discovery to product demos, negotiations, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation Prospecting
  • Conduct extensive outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Finance, CXOs)
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
2. Discovery Solution Selling
  • Understand client pain points across contract management, legal operations, and compliance
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to map business needs
  • Position the product effectively based on use cases and industry context
3. Product Demonstrations
  • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to customer requirements
  • Translate product features into business value and ROI
  • Collaborate with pre-sales/product teams for customized demonstrations (if required)
4. Deal Management Closure
  • Own the complete sales cycle from first touch to closure
  • Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations
  • Drive timely follow-ups and stakeholder alignment to close deals
5. Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Ensure smooth handover to onboarding/customer success teams post-closure
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
6. CRM Reporting
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity tracking in CRM
  • Provide regular forecasts and sales reports
  • Track key metrics: conversion rates, deal velocity, and win rates
Key Requirements
  • 46 years of experience in SaaS / B2B sales (LegalTech, FinTech, or enterprise software preferred)
  • Proven experience in inside sales / outbound calling + end-to-end deal closure
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand complex products and translate into business value
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is a plus
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to CLM, LegalTech, or enterprise workflow tools
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of legal/procurement workflows is an added advantage
