• Oversee the expedient sale of units within the designated project
  
  
• Deliver precise and pertinent information regarding unit/project pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications through site visits, while addressing customer inquiries via telephone and email within stipulated timeframes
  
  
• Collaborate with back-office, legal, and accounts departments to streamline documentation processes and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
  
  
• Administer existing payment collections and ensure their timely execution
  
  
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with prospective and current clients to foster referrals and achieve sales objectives
  
  
• Consistently update client and sales data on the Salesforce platform daily
