SAEL Industries Limited is hiring Executive Land Acquisition professionals for our solar projects across Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire land for upcoming solar projects.
- Conduct site surveys and land feasibility assessments.
- Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and aggregators for land purchase or lease.
- Coordinate land due diligence, documentation, and legal processes.
- Liaise with government authorities for approvals, NOCs, and statutory clearances.
- Resolve local land and Right of Way (ROW) issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely land availability for project execution.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (LLB preferred).
- 28 years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, infrastructure, or real estate sector.
- Good understanding of Gujarat land revenue processes and government liaisoning.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is preferred.
