Job Title: Everstage Incentive Compensation Specialist

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

Support compensation calculations and payout validation

• Troubleshoot commission workflows
• Manage sales performance reporting
• Coordinate payroll and finance integration activities
• Support incentive plan configuration

Required Skills:

• Incentive compensation systems
• Revenue operations
• Data reconciliation
• Reporting and analytics

Experience:

• 5 years
