Events Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Events Intern to join our team at TDF Diamonds & Gold. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote events through social media and other channels.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
