We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, and detail-oriented Event Outreach Intern to join our dynamic events team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-impact initiative focused on the Financial Markets Industry.

As an Event Outreach Intern, you will play a vital role in helping us drive targeted audience participation for our upcoming Financial Market Event. You will be responsible for researching and reaching out to potential attendees, including key decision-makers, industry professionals, and influencers, to promote the event and encourage registration.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify relevant professionals and target attendees for the Financial Market Event
  
• Perform personalised LinkedIn outreach to potential attendees
  
• Draft and send cold email campaigns to promote the event
  
• Engage with prospects through LinkedIn and email to encourage registration
  
• Maintain an organised outreach tracker and follow-up system
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand and identify target profiles.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
  
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email platforms (e.g. Gmail, Outlook), and basic Excel or Google Sheets.
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  
• High attention to detail, especially in written communication and outreach personalization.
  
• Interest in events, marketing, or the financial services industry is a plus.
