Event Executive

Looking to onboard a skilled Event Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience in event planning, vendor management, and client servicing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage vendors and suppliers for events, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
• Plan and coordinate events from conception to execution, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
• Provide excellent client service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, vendor management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of event planning principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective client and team interaction.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve last-minute issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other event management software.
