Job Title: Event Coordinator

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Industry: Building materials Manufacturing

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in any cement/Paint/TMT steel

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: Maximum gross up to 25 K PM + Travelling allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate dealer meets, engineers' meets, product launches, and other company events.
• Identify and book suitable venues for meetings and events.
• Coordinate catering, accommodation (if required), transportation, and event logistics.
• Arrange participant gifts, event kits, banners, branding materials, and other event requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, caterers, decorators, and event service providers.
• Travel across Karnataka to oversee event arrangements and ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand event requirements.
• Maintain event budgets, vendor records, and expense reports.
• Ensure all events are executed professionally and within the approved budget.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to ensure a seamless participant experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or event coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and vendor coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
• Ability to work on weekends or beyond regular working hours when events are scheduled.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in coordinating corporate events, dealer meets, exhibitions, or conferences.
• Knowledge of vendor management and budgeting.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is preferred.
• Exposure to large-scale dealer and customer engagement events.
