Job Title: Event Chefs - Delhi/NCR

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Event Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team in the Delhi/NCR region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in catering for a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions. You will be responsible for creating exceptional culinary experiences, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

• Plan, prepare, and execute diverse menus for various events, including corporate functions, weddings, private parties, and more.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and client specifications.
• Manage kitchen operations during events, including supervising junior chefs and kitchen staff, assigning tasks, and maintaining an efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with event planners, clients, and front-of-house staff to understand event requirements and customize menus to meet specific dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and sanitation practices at all times.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, monitor stock levels, and minimize food waste to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Develop innovative and creative dishes, staying updated with current culinary trends and techniques.
• Ensure the highest quality of ingredients are used and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any culinary or kitchen-related issues that may arise during events promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering growth and development among kitchen staff.
