Event and Content Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Event and Content Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.

• Develop engaging and informative content for articles, press releases, blogs, social media, and internal communication related to events and conferences.
• Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to align content with overall communication strategies.
• Write compelling copy for client-facing materials such as event invites, reports, and brochures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content creation.
• Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for future content.
• Identify high-profile events opportunities, conferences, and seminars for clients, managing post-event coverage.

• Proven experience in content creation, event planning, and conference management within a PR or communications setting.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, including social media platforms and content distribution.
• Familiarity with content management and event management tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience working with clients in BFSI, education, manufacturing, packaging, legal, and technology sectors.
• Knowledge of SEO and other digital content optimization techniques.
• Candidates with degrees in Communication, BMM in Journalism, postgraduate in Mass Media, BA in Communication, or honors degrees in English are preferred.
• A proactive and creative problem-solver with a strong client-centric focus.
