Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 1. Review and understand BRDs/SRDs 2. Strong understanding of ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator). 3. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive) and Spark. 4. Familiarity with automated testing tools like Selenium or similar frameworks. 5. Knowledge of information governance principles applicable to testing environments. 6. Ability to work independently on complex projects while managing time effectively. 7. Advanced SQL skills for database validation and reconciliation tasks. 8. Experience with performance testing and non-functional testing methods. 9. Understanding Agile Software Development practices and QA management tools like Qtest, Octane etc. 10. Will be responsible to ensure quality of process and measurements are acceptable in accordance with the specification Good-to-Have 1. Experience in Banking and Finance Domain. 2. Experience in Agile Methodology SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Review and understand BRDs/SRDs CST 2024 JD Ver 2.0 2 Ability to transform complex Business logic into SQL or PL/SQL queries 3 Ability to run, read from, debug batch processes 4 Works closely with the Software development team (Business Analysts, Developers & other testers) to ensure timely and effective testing effort 5 Excellent Communication Skills 6 Working in shifts based on project needs 5
