Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ETL processes using Pentaho tools such as Kettle to extract data from various sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop complex reports and dashboards using Pentaho's reporting capabilities to provide insights into business performance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ETL process failures or errors in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter or similar tools like Pentaho Kettle.
- Strong understanding of Unix shell scripting for automating tasks and workflows.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
