ETL Developer

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, optimize, and maintain robust data integration pipelines and enterprise data warehousing solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ETL tools, SQL, data transformation, data quality, and cloud/data engineering practices.
• The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, data architects, analytics teams, and application developers to enable efficient and scalable data movement across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelines.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
• Develop scalable data integration solutions for enterprise data warehouse and reporting platforms.
• Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Create reusable mappings, workflows, stored procedures, and transformation logic.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Support batch and real-time data processing requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, data lineage, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with cloud, analytics, and DevOps teams for deployment automation and CI/CD integration.
