Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL processes using PySpark to extract data from various sources and load it into target systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop automated tests for ETL processes using Python scripts to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ETL processing, including identifying root causes of errors and implementing fixes.
Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in ETL automation testing or development with a focus on big data technologies like Hadoop/Hive/Pyspark.
- Strong understanding of SQL programming language and ability to write complex queries for data extraction.
- Experience with automating tasks using scripting languages such as Python or shell scripting.
