Job Title: Estimator Building Projects

Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Estimator with 3–7 years of experience in building construction
projects (residential/commercial) for our Bengaluru location. The candidate should have strong
experience in quantity take off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation for building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial building projects
• Quantity take off from drawings (Architectural & Structural)
• Preparation and verification of BOQs
• Rate analysis and cost planning
• Coordination with project, procurement and design teams
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of building construction methodology
• Experience in BOQ preparation and rate analysis
• Good understanding of materials, labor and market rates
• Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (for quantity take off)
Preferred:
• Experience in high rise residential or commercial building projects
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Familiarity with local Bengaluru market rates.
