Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare quantity sheets based on onsite data and drawings
Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and itemrate bills from tender documents
Process and prepare subcontractor bills
Take measurements in coordination with the site engineer
Verify, check, and certify bills and invoices submitted by vendors and contractors
Provide complete quantity takeoff, analysis, estimates, and studies for all deliverables within the assigned scope
Identify design and constructability issues, and conduct analysis to ensure feasibility
Suggest costefficient alternatives to the proposed project scope
Serve as a liaison between subcontractors, design teams (architects, engineers, consultants), and clients
Determine additional scope requirements through analysis of site conditions and contract documents (plans, specifications, etc.)
Coordinate with the Execution team and prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly progress reports

Required Candidate Profile

Qualification: BE / DCE (Civil)
Experience: 24 years in a construction company, handling both Commercial and Residential projects
Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of quantity estimation and deriving quantities from drawings
Ability to prepare Project Budgets, Detailed BOQs, Rate Analysis, and Reconciliations
Skilled in preparing Subcontractor and Client bills
Competent in checking and certifying vendor bills and invoices

Analytical mindset with strong technical skills; capable of interpreting technical data and explaining it clearly to others
