Job Summary

Creativve Constructions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation & Billing Engineer to manage project cost estimation, quantity take-offs, client billing, subcontractor billing, and cost control activities for industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of civil construction, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in preparing BOQs, RA bills, and project cost analysis while ensuring compliance with contract conditions and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and technical specifications.
• Develop accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets for industrial construction projects.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
• Prepare rate analysis for civil, structural, finishing, and infrastructure works.
• Generate client RA Bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Verify subcontractor measurements, bills, and payment certifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, planning engineers, procurement, and accounts teams for billing and estimation activities.
• Monitor project quantities against BOQ and identify quantity variations.
• Prepare variation orders, extra item statements, and deviation claims.
• Maintain billing records, measurement books (MB), and supporting documentation.
• Track project costs and assist management in cost control and budget monitoring.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and provide technical support during tendering.
• Review drawings and identify discrepancies affecting quantities or project costs.
• Prepare material consumption reports and reconciliation statements.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up for certification and payment.
• Maintain proper documentation in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
• Assist management with project profitability analysis and forecasting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 38 years of experience in estimation and billing for industrial construction projects.
• Experience in factory buildings, warehouses, pharmaceutical plants, manufacturing facilities, steel structures, and industrial infrastructure will be preferred.
• Knowledge of IS Codes, construction practices, and contract documentation.

Technical Skills

• Quantity Surveying and BOQ preparation.
• Cost estimation and rate analysis.
• Client and subcontractor billing.
• Measurement verification and reconciliation.
• Tender analysis and contract interpretation.
• AutoCAD for drawing interpretation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of ERP/Construction Management Software will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
