Estimation and Billing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and estimates from drawings.
  
• Conduct site visits to measure quantities and prepare bills of quantity (BOQ) for civil works.
  
• Estimate costs by preparing detailed estimates based on project requirements.
  
• Develop cost estimates using various methods such as direct labor, material, and overhead rates.
  
• Ensure accuracy in estimating quantities and costs to avoid discrepancies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in estimation & billing engineering with expertise in cost estimation, quantity surveying, rate analysis, rating, and tender preparation.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil or related field; MBA/PGDBM preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and industry standards.
