Job Description
: M.Sc/ B.Sc Nursing, Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Health, Business
Administration, or a related field. A master s degree or relevant certification (e.g., LEED, CSR, ESG) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or a related
field. Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.

- Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies and policies
- Align ESG initiatives with the hospital s mission, vision, and values
- Integrate ESG considerations into the hospital s overall strategic planning.
- Lead initiatives to reduce the hospital s environmental footprint, including waste management, energy efficiency,
water conservation, and sustainable procurement. - Monitor and report on the hospital s environmental performance.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Promote a culture of social responsibility within the hospital.
- Ensure that the hospital complies with all relevant ESG regulations and standards
- Communicate ESG goals, strategies, and performance to staff, patients, and the community.
- Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure ESG performance.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement in ESG practices.
