Develop, customize, and configure ERPNext modules (HR, Accounts, Inventory, CRM, Manufacturing, etc).
Design and implement custom apps, scripts, and reports within ERPNext.
Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and APIs.
Analyze business processes and translate them into ERP workflows.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in ERPNext.
Perform ERPNext version upgrades and apply patches as required.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Maintain documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations.
Provide user support, training, and system maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework .
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, and REST APIs .
Experience in customizing ERPNext DocTypes, Workflows, Reports, and Dashboards.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Jinja templates .
Good understanding of business processes in domains like HR, Accounts, Inventory, or Manufacturing.
Knowledge of Git version control.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
