Job Title: ERP Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with strong expertise in managing end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex ERP initiatives on time and within budget while coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. Experience with platforms such as SAP ERP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, or Epicor ERP is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and support projects from initiation to go-live and stabilization.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
Track deliverables, dependencies, and critical path activities.
Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.
Facilitate steering committee meetings and status reviews.
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and budget utilization.
Drive decision-making and issue resolution.
Team Coordination
Coordinate functional consultants, technical developers, data migration teams, QA, and business users.
Ensure proper allocation of resources and adherence to project deadlines.
Foster collaboration across finance, supply chain, HR, and IT teams.
Governance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with project governance standards and PMO methodologies.
Monitor scope changes and manage change requests.
Oversee testing phases including SIT, UAT, and cutover.
Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
Budget & Vendor Management
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and invoicing.
Evaluate vendor performance and contract deliverables.
Ensure timely procurement of required licenses and services.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle.
Experience managing enterprise applications in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, or CRM.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
Experience with cloud ERP platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
Understanding of data migration, integrations, reporting, and security concepts.
Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools.
