Role & responsibilities

Role Needed: Oracle FCCS, ARCS and EDMCS, EPBCS,HFM, PBCS

Role Level: Associate

Desired Work Experience:

• 1+ Years of Client Facing Finance Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.

Desired Certifications:

• FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPBCS(Any One)
• CPA(Not Mandatory)

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrates some proven knowledge and experience with leading practices in the following areas:
• Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting 
• Financial Master Data Management 
• Account Reconciliations
• Demonstrates some proven knowledge and experience in leading technical implementation of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools:
• Oracle Cloud EPM _ (ANY ONE MODULE)
• FCCS - Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service, 
• EDMCS - Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service
• ARCS - Account Reconciliation Cloud Service
• PCMCS - Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service
• Narrative Reporting
• EPBCS- Planning
• HFM
• Desired Skills Must have skills Candidate should possess • 
  
  
• 2+ Years of Oracle experience in EPM Modules.
• Worked on at least 2 implementations • 
• Good understanding of Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting • Must have a good knowledge of intercompany eliminations, currency translations & financial statement presentations • Proficient in creation of Business Rules Custom consolidations, Intercompany eliminations, automating Cash Flow, Custom Translations and Currency Overrides, Dynamic calculations • 
• Good communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidence • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
