EPC Recruiter(2.5-5 Years)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) hiring.
• Source and recruit white-collar professionals such as Engineers, Designers, Project Engineers, Design Engineers, Planning Engineers, and other technical professionals.
• Work on hiring requirements across Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, and related Engineering domains.
• Manage a high volume of Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2.54 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in white-collar hiring within EPC/Engineering domains.
• Experience hiring for Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering industries.
• Hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Note

• Candidates with only blue-collar recruitment experience will not be considered.
• Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in technical white-collar hiring within EPC projects.
