Key Responsibilities

Lead 2 4 full-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM (PBCS/EPBCS) implementations.
Gather business requirements and create functional/technical specifications.
Configure and customize EPBCS modules (Financials, Workforce, Capex, Projects, Strategic Modeling).
Develop Groovy scripts, business rules, and automation using EPM Automate.
Manage data integrations using FDMEE, Data Management, or ODI.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support users post-go-live.
Build reports using Excel, SmartView, and Essbase tools.
Work independently and document solutions clearly.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Experience in public sector implementations is a plus.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience should comprise of exposure to at least 2-4 full project life cycles (Development projects)
Solid experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (preferably PBCS/EPBCS)
Extensive experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
Experience in Groovy scripting.
Experience in out of the box modules Financials, Workforce, Capex, Projects and Strategic Modelling
Implementing EPBCS at Public Sectors will be an added advantage.
Specific knowledge of integration tools such as; FDMEE, Data Management or ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)
Experience with automation scripts such as EPM Automate
Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView
Excellent written and communication skills
Knowledge of financial process and functional processes
Ability to work independently with minimum guidance
Strong technical documentation skills
Experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions and system interfaces
