Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Industry Preference:

• Must have extensive experience in the EPC/Construction industry.
• Experience in managing EHS for large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) function for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and company EHS standards.
• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Drive safety culture through training, audits, inspections, and awareness programs.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor EHS performance and ensure zero-harm objectives are achieved.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 18-25 years of EHS experience in the EPC/Construction industry.
• B.E./B.Tech qualification is mandatory.
• Additional qualification in Industrial Safety/EHS (ADIS/PDIS) from state board.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Mumbai.
