Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop, maintain, and implement Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify hazards through HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) processes and develop controls to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of industrial safety protocols.
• Knowledge on Factory acts.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in EHS management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accident investigation techniques and incident investigation procedures.
• Proficiency in conducting Hazard Identification Risk Assessments (HIRA) and developing control measures.
