Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with EHS statutory and regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor EHS policies, SOPs, and safety procedures. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs. Monitor hazardous waste management, pollution control, and environmental compliance. Coordinate with internal departments and regulatory authorities for EHS-related activities. Maintain EHS records, reports, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to promote a strong safety culture.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering with a Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety or relevant EHS qualification. 25 years of EHS experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing industry. Good knowledge of statutory safety and environmental regulations. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
