Role & responsibilities
Deliver Training Programmes in Circle (Internal and External) & follow up for the cascading of the same down the line. Conduct Incident Investigations to find out Root causes and suggest Suitable Counter Measure to avoid the Reoccurrence of Incidents. Drive ESH Culture in the Organization through Awareness Programs. Conduct Circle ESH Reviews (including Partners) ESH Governance
