Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework implementation.
- Assist in Operational Risk Management (ORM) activities including RCSA, KRI monitoring, and incident reporting.
- Monitor and report Early Warning Signals (EWS) for credit and operational risks, escalating anomalies proactively.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely closure of activities.
- Prepare risk dashboards, presentations, and decks
- Contribute to risk profiling and control testing.
- Maintain strong knowledge of financial institution operations and risk frameworks.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate: Minimum 3 years of banking experience.
- Postgraduate: Minimum 1 year of banking experience.
