As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by fostering innovation and ensuring cohesive integration across multiple domains.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the development and communication of enterprise-wide architecture standards and best practices.

Facilitate alignment between business strategies and technology initiatives to drive organizational transformation.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.


Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Strong knowledge of designing and managing scalable network solutions that support enterprise-wide operations.

Experience in integrating diverse network technologies to create cohesive infrastructure environments.

Ability to analyze complex network requirements and develop strategic architecture plans.

Skilled in evaluating emerging network technologies and recommending adoption strategies.

Expertise in ensuring network security, reliability, and performance across multiple platforms.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
