Role Summary

• Define and lead the enterprise AI architecture strategy across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Kiro, and Generative AI platforms.
• Architect scalable, secure, and governed AI solutions aligned with enterprise business objectives.
• Drive AI platform modernization, agentic AI adoption, and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership across AI architecture, governance, integration, and innovation programs.

Key Skills Required

• Deep expertise in designing enterprise-scale AI solutions using Copilot Studio and AI-driven agent platforms.
• Strong experience architecting Generative AI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft Purview, AI solution architecture patterns including RAG, vector search, knowledge grounding, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.
• Experience defining enterprise AI reference architectures, standards, and operating models.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and cloud-native architecture principles.
• Experience leading architecture reviews, technology roadmaps, and strategic transformation programs.

Required Work Experience

• 16+ years of overall IT experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture roles.
• 6+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Conversational AI, or Generative AI initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI transformation programs.
• Experience leading multi-domain architecture and governance initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in defining and implementing enterprise technology strategies.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
• Power Platform Solution Architect Certification (PL-600)
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and AI Agent frameworks
