* Define enterprise technology vision and transformation roadmap.
* Align business capabilities with target architecture.
* Build current state, future state, and transition architecture.
* Drive architecture governance and standards.
* Lead legacy modernization and platform transformation programs.
* Drive customer experience transformation across web, mobile, commerce, CRM, and analytics.
* Enable AI, automation, and data-driven transformation initiatives.
* Establish reusable digital platforms and shared services.
* Define architecture across cloud, application, integration, data, and security domains.
* Recommend best-fit platforms and product ecosystem.
* Ensure scalability, resilience, performance, and compliance.
* Guide microservices, API-first, event-driven, and headless architectures.
* Work with CXOs, business heads, delivery leaders, vendors, and engineering teams.
* Present transformation strategy, business case, ROI, and roadmap.
* Support RFP/RFI, solution shaping, and executive workshops.
* Establish architecture review boards.
* Ensure programs adhere to standards and reference architecture.
* Mentor solution architects and engineering leaders.
