Enterprise Architect (6-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and maintain the organization's enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business goals and technology strategy.

- Develop architecture principles, standards, frameworks, and governance processes to ensure consistency across technology initiatives.

- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and technology stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable architectural solutions.

- Design and review enterprise-wide application, data, infrastructure, and integration architectures.

- Lead architecture assessments, technology evaluations, and solution reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

- Drive digital transformation, cloud adoption, application modernization, and platform engineering initiatives.

- Establish target-state architectures and transition roadmaps for business and technology capabilities.

- Ensure architectural compliance, security, scalability, performance, and operational excellence across systems.

- Define integration strategies for enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.

- Partner with development, infrastructure, security, and data teams to implement enterprise architecture best practices.

- Identify technology risks, technical debt, and optimization opportunities across the technology landscape.

- Mentor solution architects and technical teams on architecture standards and best practices.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that create business value.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6 to 11 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar methodologies.

- Experience designing large-scale enterprise systems and distributed architectures.

- Strong knowledge of application architecture, integration architecture, data architecture, and infrastructure architecture.

- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience with microservices architecture, API management, and event-driven systems.

- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration technologies.

- Strong understanding of security architecture, governance, compliance, and risk management.

- Experience with enterprise integration technologies and middleware platforms.

- Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
