ENT Professional

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed medical history reviews and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of ENT disorders, including hearing loss, chronic sinusitis, sleep apnea, voice and swallowing disorders, and head and neck tumors.
• Perform minor and advanced surgical procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and tympanoplasty, as required.
• Interpret diagnostic imaging and audiometry results to guide treatment planning.
• Collaborate with other medical specialists to develop multidisciplinary care plans.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care, including patient education and follow-up consultations.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and evidence-based practices in otolaryngology through continuous professional development.
• Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and on-call rotations as needed.

• MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Otorhinolaryngology (DLO, DNB, or equivalent).
• Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
• Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in a hospital or specialty clinic setting.
• Proficiency in ENT diagnostic and surgical techniques, including endoscopic and microsurgical procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients and families.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and hospital information management tools.
