Key Responsibilities:
Production
- Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations to achieve production targets.
- Monitor productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and reduced waste.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor shop-floor teams.
Maintenance
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability.
- Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation-related issues.
- Drive TPM, Kaizen, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Or relevant engineering discipline
Experience
- Engineer: 1–4 years
- Senior Engineer: 4–8 years
- Assistant Manager: 8–12 years
- Deputy Manager: 12–18 years
Desired Skills
- Manufacturing plant operations
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Production Planning & Control
- SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
