This role requires engaging with various aspects of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner collaborates across disciplines to ensure that engineering problems are resolved efficiently, applying a blend of scientific understanding, socio-economic insights, and hands-on experience to deliver impactful results within the business context.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements.

Document and communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering processes.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Proficiency in Automotive Technical Publication.

Strong ability to interpret and create detailed technical documents related to automotive engineering.

Experience in managing technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.

Familiarity with engineering design principles and the ability to translate complex technical information into accessible publications.

Capability to work with multidisciplinary teams to gather and validate technical data for publication purposes.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive Technical Publication.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
