Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter with a strong background in hiring Automotive Design Engineers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting professionals with CAD design skills such as NX, CATIA, and other automotive engineering technologies. This role is dedicated exclusively to engineering hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Automotive Design positions.
• Source, screen, and hire Design Engineers with expertise in NX, CATIA, Creo, Teamcenter, and related engineering tools.
• Recruit candidates for Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and Engineering Service companies.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality profiles.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback, offer negotiations, and candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong engineering talent pipeline.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Engineering Recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring Design Engineers.
• Strong understanding of NX, CATIA, Creo, GD&T, BIW, Plastic Trims, Seating, Chassis, Interior & Exterior design roles.
• Experience hiring for Automotive/Automobile industry is mandatory.
• Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
