Job Title: US Engineering Recruiter

We are seeking a US Engineering Recruiter to source and recruit qualified engineering professionals for US-based client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, quality, validation, automation, civil, and related engineering roles.
• Screen candidates based on technical experience, location, work authorization, availability, and compensation.
• Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Achieve daily submission, interview, and placement targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in US engineering or technical recruitment.
• Good understanding of engineering roles and technical terminology.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, and US work authorizations.
• Experience using LinkedIn and US job portals.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work during US business hours.
