Engineering Manager- Python, React/Angular-US Product Based Co.-Remote

Role & responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.

Drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality software projects on time.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical strategy.

Oversee Agile execution, project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

Champion engineering best practices, including code quality, CI/CD, security, and cloud-native development.

Balance new feature development, platform improvements, technical debt, and operational support.

Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

13+ years of software development experience with 3-5 years in an Engineering Manager role.

Strong hands-on experience with Python and React and/or Angular.

Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS applications, APIs, and microservices.

Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud-native development.

Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch).

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.

Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
