Responsible for planning and directing engineering support for all engineering disciplines and guidance on Design HSE Reviews, Constructability Reviews, Operability Reviews, Maintainability Reviews, Capital Project Evaluation and Environmental / Safety initiated project work for existing plants, in an accurate manner.
Manages internal project support efforts with engineering, operations, regulatory, accounting and environmental departments.
Responsible for development of project design specifications.
Effectively hire, train, develop, and appraise engineering staff
Provides technical support to the field staff for projects under construction, including engineering design reviews of control documents prepared by EPC contractors
