Job Description
- Lead all backend ERP applications development teams
- Actively design the backend and frontend system with customer facing and scalability in
mind
- Provide architecture inputs for best practices and design of overall system
- Implement unit tests, Code analysis tools and other DevOps tools to improve system stability
- Monitor and get alerts setup for production critical operations
Deliver new features
- Mentor technology team for best software design and operations
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Overall 10+ year of work experience in software industry
- 4+ year of work experience in team management
- Good hands on knowledge of Python frameworks like ODOO, DJANGO, FLASK
- Hands-on experience with Object oriented programming with understanding of design
patterns.
- Database design with MySql, MariaDB, PostGres
- Knowledge of Solr, Elastic search, REDIS, MemCache, NoSQL
- Good knowledge of REST API, Restful API, Oauth, JWT, microservices
- Experience in ecommerce or product based company will be preferred
- Experience creating scalable applications
- Proficient with code versioning tool Git.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good Debugging skills of production issues
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Should also have good communication skills
2. Should have worked in Agile development methodologies
3. Should be able to lead senior teams of Developers and QA
