Drive sprint planning, technical reviews, and architectural decision-making.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.

What Were Looking For:

7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in people leadership roles.
Strong full stack expertise with backend in .NET Core, microservices, and frontend in Angular or React.
Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and AI coding tools like Copilot.
Strong experience in architectural planning, code reviews, and mentorship.
Previous experience in product companies or fast-scaling environments is a strong advantag
