Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of Object\-Oriented Programming (OOPS), Design Patterns, and a solid understanding of Event\-driven Microservices Architecture. This role will involve guiding technical architecture, collaborating closely with product managers, owning end\-to\-end delivery ensuring that our solutions align with market needs.

  • Proven record of leading and mentoring engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • Leading delivery and ownership of projects end\-to\-end.

  • Design and implement technical architecture and solutions based on business requirements.

  • Work closely with Product Managers to understand market demands and translate them into technical strategies.

  • Oversee CI\/CD processes using tools such as Bitbucket\/Git and Jenkins to ensure efficient deployment.

  • Leverage expertise in Java\-based technologies, including Java 8, ORMs, multi\-threading, batch processing, and Redis.

  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with a strong understanding of AWS and its associated services.

  • Ensure robust database management and design using MySQL and MongoDB.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies; familiarity with mobile technologies like React Native is a plus.

    The following describes the general qualifications and physical, sensory and mental abilities normally associated with performing the essential functions of this position.

    • Bachelor\degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    • 4+ years of experience in managing technical teams and projects.

    • Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable architectures in a microservices environment.

    • Strong expertise in Java\-based technologies and best practices in software development.

    • Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, and knowledge of CI\/CD pipelines.

    • Excellent problem\-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

    • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
