ENGINEERING MANAGER

• Qualifications: BS or MS degree in Computer Science, or in a related technical field
• Location: Bangalore, Noida or Remote

• Ensure an efficient and coordinated development, and release of high quality, performant, and integrated software features for various bank products
• Provide leadership through coaching and mentorship to the teams of developers geographically distributed
• Work effectively using the Agile and Scrum methodologies, define and scope backlog items, and identify risks and interdependencies early
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team

• Five or more years of experience in Full-stack development
• Hands-on coding experience in the front-end technologies like Javascript. HTML, some frameworks (Angular, React, nodejs etc) is a must
• Experience with back end technologies like Java, Springboot is a plus
• Coding experience in a real-world product will be an added advantage
• Relevant experience in Software Development, and in particular have knowledge of project management techniques and software for tracking project progress like JIRA
• General knowledge of Cloud platforms, e.g. Azure, GCP or Amazon Web Services, including their structure, use and capabilities
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and define these as a formal specification for software development
