Engineering Efficiency Facilitation -AI Generalist

Role:

1.Lead the design and development of Gen-AI solutions, integrating them with existing platforms to deliver new analytical capabilities.

2.Support dept. in developing digitalization solutions to enhance engineering efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Business & Technical Alignment

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Monitor and measure the impact of digitalization efforts on operational KPIs.

2. Data Architecture & Modelling

• Design and implement robust data models, including semantic layers and knowledge graphs, to establish clear relationships between structured and unstructured data.

3. AI Development & Deployment

• Oversee the deployment of AI-based products and solutions.
• Design and develop Agentic AI systems to enable autonomous decision-making tasks.
• Develop and implement advanced prompt engineering strategies and Agentic RAG systems for accurate, context-aware responses from Gen-AI models.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring continuous improvement in output quality, relevance, and user experience.
• Continuously refine models and workflows based on feedback and performance data.

4. Strategic AI Frameworks

• Design long-term, AI-driven frameworks for supply chain optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability efforts.

5. Reporting & Visualization

• Create comprehensive reports and visualize data using plots, heat maps, and other advanced visualization techniques.

Technical/ Functional:

Programming & Data: Python, SQL, PySpark, Pandas, NumPy.

Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly.

Cloud & Data Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks.

AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face.

Agentic AI & RAG: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector

Knowledge Graphs: Neo4j, RDF/SPARQL.

Version Control & CI/CD: Git, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.

Other: Hands on Experience with automotive datasets
